I’ve worked in the not for profit sector for over 12 years, with family carers, parents, community groups and older people, both in a supportive role and in developing new community initiatives, helping groups to achieve their aims, facilitating consultation between community groups and statutory services and facilitating group problem solving and conflict resolution.
The groups I’ve worked with have been able to overcome physical and emotional barriers, inequality, disability and poverty to achieve change both for themselves and their communities.
