Whether it's a geographical community or community of interest such as parents and carers, carers of adults, disabled people or minority ethnic groups - we can help bring them together to think about their needs, develop a vision and even more important - act!

When I was a community development worker I used to think of myself as a catalyst - empowering people to make positive changes and become the community leaders - inspiring the next generation to get involved and make things happen.
