For teams and workers supporting families This course is aimed at teams supporting families in the community. The course covers the role of a coaching approach, principles of coaching, values and beliefs of a coach, the coaching process, listening and questioning skills, models and techniques, how to challenge self limiting beliefs, giving inspiration and motivation and developing co-coaching team support. I’m an experienced trainer and have worked for the last 17 years developing leaders, teams and projects in the Theatre and Entertainment Industry and the Community, Voluntary and Public Sector.
